Situated in close proximity to the N3 in Alberton North, the Apcon offices, warehouse and tarred yard is ideally suited for the operation of cargo handling. The forklifts range from 2,5 to 7 tonne units. The Apcon fleet consists of trucks from 7 tonne to 22 tonne tandem axle semi trailers.
The staff complement of 30 have a long service history with the company.
With more than 20 years experience, Apcon's core business is consolidation cargo to major centers in RSA and neighboring countries including Zimbabwe, Botswana, Swaziland and Namibia. Besides the consolidations, we do general contracting of full truck loads - locally and national.
We are BEE Compliant as a level 2 contributor (score between 85 -100%)
Our Truck Drivers are always accompanied with an Assistant whilst out on the road for both the security and loading purposes. All the trucks are equipped -cell phones,tracking. The Driver's are all trained in the handling and transport of Hazardous Cargo.
